We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. We may attempt to contact you if there is an issue with your order. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors or omissions, accept or deny any order for any reason at our discretion.
Products on earthconcerns.com are not-for-resale. Our website provides much needed access to products for cleaning service clients and those who live in areas with less access. We reserve the right to limit the number of each item or refuse service to maintain access for our communities.

Clients booking a cleaning through our office agree to our Terms of Cleaning.
We strive to provide the best service to our clients. However, Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to refuse to serve you, cancel an order, close your account, remove or modify the content of the Website at our discretion.
eGift Cards
The purchase and/or use of our eGift Cards/Codes constitute your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. If you acquire an eGift Card/Code for EarthConcerns.com through a donation and/or silent auction for an organization, these same terms apply. Our eGift Cards/Codes cannot be deemed for cash; are non-refundable, and, not for resale. eGift Card Cards/Codes purchased from any other source other than EarthConcerns.com or Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. may not be valid. EarthConcerns.com is not responsible for honouring eGift Cards/Codes purchased through unauthorized sellers.
Your order is processed on the next business day, not including weekends or holidays. By purchasing our eGift Cards, you agree to have your name and email sent to the recipient. All purchases and services are restricted to our designated service areas. Ensure that your recipient lives within our service area in downtown Toronto: South Of Lawrence, West of Victoria Park, and East of Royal York.
If you ordered an eGift Card online and the intended recipient has not received the eGift Card, ask them to check their junk mail or deleted items. If they still have not received it, please contact us.
For eGift Cards to be delivered to any person other than yourself, you must have a personal or family relationship with the Gift Card recipient as described in Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”).
All eGift Card sales are final. eGift Cards/Codes cannot be replaced if already redeemed. eGift Card/Codes cannot be recovered or replaced if lost or stolen.
Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to hold, suspend, cancel or refuse an order for which fraud, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or a security risk is suspected. Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse an eGift Card / Code associated with an unauthorized transaction at any time.
