Shipping
Our service area is in downtown Toronto, Ontario: South Of Lawrence, West of Victoria Park, and East of Royal York. We deliver within this area for $18 (+HST) to homes and buildings that can accept packages. If you live in a building that does not accept packages OR you live beyond our service area, we ship via Canada Post at their prices. We can provide a quote before processing your order.
If you need a rush order, we will provide a quote before processing your order.
We are a small business with the big job of taking care of our staff and clients. Quality of life is important to our staff. Thus, we honour weekends and stat holidays.
Return Policy
For quality and integrity issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Products purchased online and shipped are final sale.
To obtain an exchange for damaged items or an order error, notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the package at info@earthconcerns.com or
416-535-9397.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receiving a return label sent via e-mail attachment. Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition and original packaging.
Additional shipping and handling fees may apply to exchanges that are due to customer error.
