We are a small team with the big job taking care of our staff and clients. Allow 1-3 days for packaging after payment clears. Tracking is provided with shipments.

Return Policy
For quality and integrity issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Products purchased online and shipped are final sale.
To obtain an exchange for damaged items or an order error, notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the package at info@earthconcerns.com or
416-535-9397. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receiving a return label sent via e-mail attachment. Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition and original packaging.
Additional shipping and handling fees may apply to exchanges that are due to customer error.
