Our eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash; are non-refundable, not for resale, and, not transferable. eGift Card codes purchased from any other source other than EarthConcerns.com or Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. may not be valid. EarthConcerns.com is not responsible for honouring Gift Cards purchased through unauthorized sellers.
By purchasing our eGift Cards, you agree to have your name and email sent to the recipient. All purchases and services are restricted to our designated service areas. Ensure that your recipient lives in Canada.
Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. is not responsible for eGift Cards that are not received due to inaccurate delivery information. If you ordered an eGift Card online and the intended recipient has not received the eGift Card, ask them to check their junk mail or deleted items. If they still have not received it, please contact us.
For eGift Cards to be delivered to any person other than yourself, you must have a personal or family relationship with the Gift Card recipient as described in Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”).
All eGift Card sales are final. You cannot cancel an online order once it has been paid for. eGift Cards cannot be replaced if already redeemed. eGift Card codes cannot be recovered or replaced if lost or stolen. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the eGift Card to the recipient.
Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to hold, suspend, cancel or refuse an order for which fraud, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or a security risk is suspected. Earth Concerns Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse an eGift Card associated with an unauthorized transaction at any time.
Should any part of these terms be deemed void, the affected provision will be severed from terms without affecting remaining terms. A decision to not enforce a particular term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
